My name is Rebecca, but y’all can call me Becky!

 

I graduated from Wichita State University in 2022 with my undergrad in psychology. I’m currently in the last year of my masters program at Wichita State University for clinical mental health counseling.

 

I am passionate about building a solid client-counselor relationship that includes a safe space, trust, and humor to navigate your healing journey. My areas of focus are typically couples, individual adults, and teens of any gender, race, or cultural background. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques and will go into each session with compassion and understanding.
