Working in mental health centers and schools daily has given Austin a unique perspective on just how imperative being mentally healthy is to client and student success. Austin believes that when working with adolescents, it is of the utmost importance to build relationships first. It is then through those positive relationships that skill building and healing can begin. Austin uses a blended approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused therapy to help clients build the skills they need for the situations they encounter. The adolescent stage can be a challenging stage in life to navigate alone. Austin would love to help you and your child develop and build the necessary skills needed to help them thrive!
